Amanda Koh is as candid as she is colourful, and has been teaching for more than a decade in Singapore. She advocates a practice that is down-to-earth, loving and kind to the body, and that enables, strengthens and deepens connection with the self.
She lives and teaches as her authentic outspoken, candid self in Singapore as an independent yoga teacher who emphasises on stability, strength and form in asana, and in thoughtfulness, tenacity and awareness in yogic perspective.
She teaches Kalari Yoga, her own style of non-linear organic vinyasa that responds to the body’s natural movement patterns. She is the happiest when teaching a drippy Hot Yoga class, myofascial release and pain management through yoga therapy, and also teaches Pilates Matwork.
She has been presenting at Bali Spirit Festival for the last 2 years and will be presenting at the 2017 festival in March 2017. She anchored for the Jakarta Yoga Festival sunset yoga session in Oct 2015. For upcoming yoga festival, retreat and workshop schedule, Instagram her at “amandakohkalariyoga“.
