Meditation is a time in which we allow ourselves to let go completely. A time in which effort is no longer necessary, and we are drawn quietly inward. We intend to make the process of meditation easily accessible and simple to understand for anyone who wishes to tap into their own resource for not only coping, but thriving through the ups and downs that life throws our way.
We see a world that needs meditation more than ever. Whether you are a beginner, an advanced meditator, or looking for a way to bring meditation into your company or group of friends, Nirvana Mind exists to serve as a friend and partner to either commence or deepen your own practice.

More about Kundalini Yoga:
Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others.
In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.
Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for householders, for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.
The Kundalini Yoga delivered by Nirvana Mind is Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
More about Mindfulness-Based practices:
As defined by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mindfulness is “paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally. (As if your life depended on it)”
An integral part of mindfulness practice is to look at, accept and actually welcome the tensions, stress and pain, as well as disturbing emotions that surface such as fear, anger, disappointment and feelings of insecurity and unworthiness. This is done with the purpose of acknowledging present moment reality as it is found – whether it is pleasant or unpleasant – as the first step towards transforming that reality and one’s relationship to it.
